How the pickup works
For a pickup at Flughafen Wien-Schwechat, please provide the flight number, planned arrival time, passenger name and destination address when booking. The flight number helps us keep an eye on the actual landing time and plan the pickup.
After confirmation, the pickup is noted for you. Please make sure that you can be reached by phone after landing.
Meeting point at Vienna Airport
Unless a different meeting point has been expressly agreed, the meeting point is in the arrivals hall near Costa Coffee.
After baggage claim and passport control, please go to the agreed meeting point. If you cannot find it, contact us by phone or WhatsApp immediately.
Waiting time and possible costs
For airport pickups, 30 minutes waiting time from actual landing is included in the agreed price.
If the pickup is delayed beyond this period, additional waiting time may be charged. The current rate is 10 EUR per started 15 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
Flight delays
In case of flight delays, we try to adjust the pickup accordingly. However, pickup cannot be guaranteed in case of significant delays because confirmed subsequent rides must also be carried out on time.
If a pickup is no longer possible because of a major delay, we will try to offer an alternative solution where possible.
Important for a smooth pickup
- Please provide the correct flight number.
- Please remain reachable by phone after landing.
- Please allow time for baggage claim and passport control.
- If there are problems at the meeting point, call or message us immediately.
- Very long delays may require a new arrangement.
