We process personal data in accordance with the applicable legal rules, especially the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act and the Austrian Telecommunications Act. We use personal data only where necessary for website operation, communication, bookings, customer accounts, voucher requests, payment assignment and legal obligations.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstrasse 35, 4020 Linz, Austria. When the website is visited, technically necessary server log files may be processed, for example IP address, browser data, access time and requested pages. This serves secure and stable website operation. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Contact, bookings and customer account
If you contact us by form, phone, email or WhatsApp, or if you book a ride, we process the data you provide, such as name, contact details, pickup and destination address, travel time, ride details and message content. If you create a customer account, we store the data required for account and booking management. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Voucher requests and payment
For voucher requests we process the data needed to handle payment, issue the voucher and redeem it. This may include name, email address, phone number, voucher type, voucher value, recipient details, voucher code, payment status and messages. If payment links or bank transfers are used, the data required to allocate the payment is processed.
6. Cookies, analytics and marketing
Technically necessary cookies are used to operate the website and store cookie settings. Analytics or marketing tools are used only if you give consent in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link.
